difficult and slow to resolve problems
I like the bike, the battery is not working properly. It won't charge completely and will only last about 5 miles. Customer service is difficult, they want photos and will not talk in person. It is hard to send all the photos they want, a conversation would be much better. I love the bike, but the battery issue is bad and customer service is difficult and slow.
