Broken handle
I ordered this seat through Wal-Mart. Picked it up today and the red handle on the bottom of the car seat is broke. Seat looks like it would be awesome. Shipping and handling sucks.

    I'm so in love with it very beautiful and easy to put together the stroller and car seat looks just like the picture online. The communication with the delivery was very good and on time they also send you a picture when the item is delivered. Overall for my first time ordering online with Walmart it was a very nice experience.

    Stuck releaser
    The car seat releaser stuck anda it's so difficult to pull. My husband has to come help me every time I need it out. I can't imagine in case of an emergency by my self. I'm definitely returning it today. This company needs to address this issues ASAP

    Straps are an issue.
    This car seat/ stroller combo looks nice and fits together well. However, I will be returning it because the button to release the straps on the car seat is hidden under the fabric. Once I finally located it I had to pull the fabric off of the car seat to access it. I just can't do that each time I put the baby in it. Also the straps next to the baby's neck are under and below the pad. This does not seem safe or comfortable. It is a great price, but it just won't work for me.

    Needs to be a recall on both of these items.
    The stroller is very dangerous and should be recalled. It has a defect on the right side of the cup holder that clicks into the stoller (also where the car seat sits on top of) arm WILL NOT click in or stay in place. Whoever designed it made the button not line up with the hole. Everytime I try to connect the car seat to the stroller it comes loose and makes the entire car seat fall off when I put, very small amounts of, pressure on it (or my baby), which I only had to try once to realize NEVER again. Also, I really do not like the car seat or stroller material/fabric, my son immediately starts sweating on the back of his head and back everytime he sits in it.. Very very poor design overall. I bought this set while still pregnant and immediately regretted it once I tried it out with my newborn and now 5 month old.

    Low Quality. Not Similar to what is displayed
    The quality of the product is not good and seems like poor quality material is being used. The stroller seems to be shaky. I received all the items that were written in the description but quality is very bad. Car seat does not seems to be comfortable for a small infant.
