Great for cold Winters!
I just put this in my truck that doesn't have seat heaters and I absolutely love it! It was 22 f this morning and I loved using it on my way to the vet. It heats up fast and is super comfortable. It heats both , your back and the seat. It is very lightweight and easy to use. The fabric is very pretty, simple pattern that goes with any vehicle. I recommend getting this. POOR INSTRUCTIONS
Pleasantly surprised it didn't have a bad smell like some new materials do. The instructions to attach it to the car seat are pictures only. The pictures weren't very helpful therefore I didn't completely attach it to the seat. Plugged it in for only about 5 minutes on high and it was barely warm.

It plugs right into your 12v "cigarette lighter" and in warms up pretty fast. Temperature is easy to adjust. Living in Florida, we dont need it much for cold weather, but it is also great for back aches on long car drives! Definitely recommend.SydneyV

Having Material seats & dropping temps this AutoReady Automotive Heated Seat Cushion has been a welcome addition to my vehicle. If you own a Toyota, you know things are a “little backwards”. I flipped my cushion around and made it work. (The seat clips help!) Once I figured out how I needed to adapt the cushion to my Toyota the installation was quick and easy. Plug it in, flip it on and you're good to go! (Auto shut off too.) Definitely would recommend to others.LB

They fit, but are very snug and leave marks in the leather. Except for the back straps there are another 4 elastic straps connected to the bottom part of the cushion which keep the cushion in place very well. It heats up quite quickly and the temperate is very comfortable. Not too hot, but warm enough. This particular version is clearly meant to be used on the driver's side. The cable is located in the right corner which makes using the cushion on the passenger's seat a bit tricky, but still possible. It's still not cold enough outside, so we've used it only 3-4 times so far and it worked without problems. Overall, we're happy with the quality of the product.jane777

I have had many seat warmers over the years, mostly those cheap Amason brands. But this one is the best one. First as the package indicate, it has a texured pattern to the seating area and it is also much firmer than those cheaper one. So not only it will hold the shape you want slip while sitting. Second, it has very sturdy straps with quick release buckles which I also has not seen on others. Once they are fitted and adjusted to seat, the seat cushion remains snuggle. It also heats up pretty quick thought I have not measured whther it is 1 minute as stated. One minor issue I noticed is that where the wire enters the cushion is rght next to my seat belt connector. It somewhat interfere with buckling up the seat belt.OrganizedChaos

There has been something wrong with the heater in my 2nd backup car for a couple of years, so, haven't used it very much except when the other is in for service. So, I put this in the other day and got to try it today. It was a bit chilly so it would get tested. Great, surprising how warming up your tush and back make a big difference with no other heat available! I'm happy, BUT as far as the installation goes, the back portion is not a problem, just feed the straps between the upper and lower cushions, adjust the lengths and connect them together. But the front elastic straps need to be hooked onto something under the seat, not normally a problem but if there is no place to hook it to (a bolt, corner of something) it's a problem. There is a rod that goes across under the seat but no way to connect to it. So, for the future, you might consider including two hooks to make it able to attach to where ever you can, such as I will make my own hooks to attach it as needed. So far it seems good, hopefully, it lasts!CharlsCuts

The only problem I am having is that where I hook up my seatbelt is right where the connector on the heated seat is. Making it very difficult to hook my seatbelt. Plus the seat is really moving around. I wish I could get it to stay in one place. But it's all worth having a warm seat when it's only 10° outside.Jillray

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/20/2021Better than nothingIf your vehicle does not have heated seats this heated seat cushion is better than nothing. The instructions are incomplete with only 3 steps that get the seat cover halfway on but no clear instructions about what to do with the 2 elastic straps at the front and 2 on the sides. The universal fit does seem to fit standard car seats. The cover does heat up in approximately 60 seconds which is faster than the heaters built in on vehicles. The seat is appealing in black and blends in very well. The heat is not evenly distributed and you can feel it on your back but just mediocre on your legs. For style I give this five stars but for instructions and heat three stars at best. I had the heat on high and was not impressed, I didn't even try the low heat setting as the high heat was so insufficient. This will be used daily in the winter as it is better than nothing.candysland
