    2.5 stars - Okay if you're absolutely craving Mac n cheese and can't have gluten but definitely not as yummy as it is with regular wheat noodles. The rice noodles taste drier.

    I wish you would make regular cheddar with shells! The shells always cook nicely and taste like regular pasta. I've been miserable since I've been diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy earlier this year. I'm happy I can eat macaroni and cheese again, however, the regular noodles are so hard yet gummy at the same time. The GF white cheddar shells are great!!

    I've recently had to go gluten free and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of you Mac & Cheese. My only criticism is the cooking instructions, the rice pasta needs to cook longer than 7-9 minutes, closer to 10-12 minutes. While al dente wheat pasta is preferred, al dente rice pasta is chewy & gummy. But the flavor is excellent and once I adjusted cooking time I have nothing but praise.

    Noodles cook up nicely, not soggy, tastes good!
    I liked this more than expected! For a quick, fast dish of "comfort" food, this mac n' cheese was on target. No weird taste -- and BEST of all --- no upset stomach because it is gluten-free. Will purchase again.

    Best gluten free ones I tried.
    I grew up on Kraft but this is THE BEST I have tried in my life and I will not buy any other brand. I will try new brands as they come out. This has bigger noodles than Kraft and I can cook longer without ruining them. Aldi had some good ones for a while which they don't sell any more.
