Excellent buy!
This was rather easy to put together. My kids have 6 mice and this cage is a like a 3 story mansion for them. Much better than the 10 gallon aquarium they did have. After getting the cage put together I was able to move it by myself with easy since it is light. The wire is small enough that the tiny mice can't escape. This is a fantastic cage and I rate it as 15/10.

Horrible quality
It came with broken pieces, the quality of this product is horrible. Wood trim was not attached and we had to fix most of the trim as well as ramp pieces. Hide pieces was broken and had to be glued together till i can get the color match to the wood it came with. Holes that are in it to put it together where covered by the wire, had to cut most of that enough to put the pieces in it. Will not be repurchasing this in the future. Would have sent back if i would have put it together shortly after i got it.

    It has worked out great but for the price I was hoping the wood be better. Had to figure out how to prevent the hamster from eating through the walls.

    Pretty good.
    Drawer can broken. Other than that very easy to put together, took like 30 minutes. Wood smells weird at first but goes away. The brand is overall very good for small animal cages. Definitely recommend.

    Both cages I ordered came with damage and pieces broke on them. Like this cage design just disappointed on the quality of the cage and price bc they came damaged.

    Not sturdy, hamster running in wheel is super loud
    When I opened the package, there were cracked parts of the wood. Also, it is not very study and so when my pet runs on her wheel, it is very loud. Had to take out all the inclines in order to fit the wheel and minimize the sound it makes (and I bought a nice expensive Silent Runner wheel, so it's not the wheel making noise)

    Our piggies hated it. They prefer a ranch style.
    Well packaged with no visible shipping damage but ai had multiple broken parts. There were large staples sticking out that could cause injury and they were not overly helpful when contacted. Walmart was great though, they are definitely stepping up their game in returns for customers! Also the holes are not pre drilled for assembly but the instructions were good. They also out the plexiglass in place with the protective wrap still on it so it doesn’t tear off clean and you have to cut into it with a knife for a clean line. The ramps were really steep my piggies hated it. And there is no bottom grate so the tray that is suppose to pull out is the bottom. Not very secure there. Our piggies hated it so much they sat in their own pee :(

    Best decision made
    My teddy bear hamster absolutely adores this cage, I adore it as well! It was the best decision I made getting him out of his plastic cheaply made 4 level cage, this cage is so spacious and so beautiful! It is very well made and he has ran around everyday so happy since we’ve purchased this!

    it had some imperfections in the wood, but it wasn't too hard to assemble. its sturdy, and large enough that i feel like the hamsters will be very happy with their lives once I bring them home.

    Very thin mesh wiring ends in tragedy
    i loved this enclosure so much at first because of all the space and easy assembly. However, the mesh wires are very thin. Last night little Boba chewed through the wires and my daughter found her remains on the bathroom floor, after the cat had gotten to her. The wires are very thin and flimsy. Now I'm sitting on a useless $155 enclosure and a dead hamster and a sad daughter.
