Quality Pulse-Oximeter
I've had several of these, I use them while on the treadmill to help me train for running events. This is the best one I've ever owned. It holds to my finger and doesn't slip, it also takes a quick and accurate reading.

I work in an ICU and now I'm worried I will be unaware of my o2 sat level if I get sick. This isn't just for COVID. You get any respiratory issues and your oxygen level can drop dangerously low. Even with a heart condition this can happen. Good to know your level of oxygen as well as your temperature and heart rate. If you have any questions about whether your level is appropriate for you ask your health care provider. Definitely a great tool I recommend everyone to have. This is my second one.Garxia
