Great product-!

It's possesed!!!
Worked great for about a month then it started going on and off by itself and the setting change on its own. Very annoying as it bings and bings and bings.

You have a choice High/Low Speed, Eco to save on energy cost, Cool control for how much comfortable air you desire, Fan for those low humid days, Dehumidifier control, Sleep control button for nighttime as you're sleeping on those muggy nights, and On/Off power switch. I highly recommend this product, if you're looking for a Portable AC

    good but missing parts
    I only gave it 4 stars because it was missing the caps for both the drains and the filter. I will be contacting the company as soon as I can figure out how . other then that it's good.

    No water to empty in the middle of the night!!
    Although this machine is a little smaller than my last portable air conditioner, this one works as well and does not collect water that stops the machine when it is full until it is emptied. I am ELATED AS before I could never get through a night without emptying it at least once!!! It was also fairly easy to assemble and install.

    So far so good
    Haven’t had it long but seems to work just fine. Wasn’t sure about the noise level but it isn’t any worse than a fan running. On the cooling setting I don’t need a drain since it’s self evaporating. If I decide to use the dehumidifier I will have to dump the tank but doubt if that will happen. For the price I’m happy with it

    Great portable AC
    I bought this AC a few months ago to cool our garage. I like that I can position it where I want. The remote makes it easy to change the settings at anytime.
