US Big Deals Smart life item subscription is a service operated by US Big Deals Inc. (“US Big Deals”). These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) are between you and Walmart. Before using the Smart life item subscription service (“Service”) please read these Terms of Use, as well as the usbigdeals.com Terms of Use (available here) and the US Big Deals Privacy Policy (available ), each of which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use the Service.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may amend any of this Agreement’s terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the usbigdeals.com website (linked above), or by notifying you of such changes by any other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, references to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to US Big Deals and its affiliates. Defined terms shall have the meaning given in this Agreement.
1. Account. To use the Service, you must register and create an account with US Big Deals or have a pre-existing US Big Deals account (“Account”), and you must be an active Walmart+ member. You acknowledge and agree that the US Big Deals Privacy Policy (available ) governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information you provide in registering, creating an Account, and using the Service. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is also governed by the usbigdeals.com Terms of Use (available here).
2. Smart life item subscription Service.
When you sign up for the Service, US Big Deals will automatically place an order on your behalf of eligible products you have selected, according to your chosen delivery frequency schedule, until you cancel.
You agree for each product you select that we will charge the credit card we have on file for you on the order placement date the price then in effect for the product (plus applicable taxes and fees) and that we will then charge your credit card on a recurring basis at the delivery interval you selected at the price then in effect (plus taxes and fees), until you cancel. To avoid being charged for an order, you must cancel before the order is processed as indicated in your reminder email. To cancel the Service, go to Manage Subscriptions.
Only Smart life item subscription items are eligible for the Service. US Big Deals reserves the right to remove certain items from eligibility for the Service at any time without notice. If you select an item that becomes temporarily out of stock at the time of order placement or shipping, you authorize us to skip a subscription cycle on your behalf. If you select an item that becomes permanently discontinued, you authorize us to cancel your item subscription on your behalf.
The Service may be used for personal, non-commercial use only, and benefits may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to any third party.
3. Cancellation. You may cease your use of the Service at any time by accessing Manage Service. US Big Deals may terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. After cancellation or termination, you will only be charged for orders that have shipped.
