Return Your Gift
If you sent or received a gift from usbigdeals.com using our gift order process, you can request a return.
Gift Sender
- Return by mail or in-store
- Start the return from your Purchase History or by calling Customer Care
- Gifter is refunded via the original payment method
Gift Recipient with Gift Receipt
- Return by mail or in-store
- Refunds for returns completed by mail are sent via email in the form of a US Big Deals eGift Card
- Start your return using the link provided in the second email communication from US Big Deals or call Customer Care
- You do not need a usbigdeals.com account, however you are required to enter your email address online so we can send you the return label and eGift Card.
Gift Recipient without Gift Receipt
- Return by mail or in-store
- To return by mail, you must obtain a return label from the gift sender
- If the gifter initiates the return, the refund is issued via the original payment method
- If you can't obtain a gift receipt or return label, you can return in-store for a US Big Deals Gift Card
- To return by mail, you must obtain a return label from the gift sender
Gift Return Limitations
- If the item was fulfilled by a Marketplace Seller, you must have the receipt in order to return.
- All returns are subject to our Standard Return Policy.
Return a Gifted US Big Deals Protection Plan
If a protection plan was purchased with the gift and you wish to return it, review the details below to stay informed.
- Protection plan has not been transferred to the recipient—Gifter can return within 30 days on usbigdeals.com and is refunded via original payment method.
- Protection plan has been trasferred to the recipient or after 30 days—Plan can be returned by calling Squaretrade and pro-rated amount is refunded by check.
Return a Gift Shipped to Gifter
If you ordered and shipped the gift to yourself before gifting in-person and would like to print a gift receipt. Use the steps below.
- Log into your usbigdeals.com account
- Access your Purchase History
- Locate the gift order
- Select See Details
- On the Order Details page, select Get Gift Recipts
From here, you can either share a link to the gift receipt with the recipient or download a PDF version of the receipt.
